Welcome to my Website! If you are looking for a professional, caring, and dedicated massage therapist, you've come to the right place.

I'm a Licensed Massage Therapist that has a passion for working with first responders and military veterans.  I have an extensive background in working in the field of psychology and especially in working with survivors of trauma, whether it be experienced first hand or vicariously. Massage is a wonderful gift to give to yourself. It's important to remember to take time for yourself, something that is very hard for some people in helping professions to do.

My job is to create an environment to facilitate the body's natural healing process. Our bodies are not designed to hurt or be in pain. When you feel these feelings of discomfort it is wise to seek out healthy solutions.  I am trained in a variety of modalities, and you can click on the "Services & Rates" page to learn more about the various techniques I use in my work.  In addition to massage therapy I practice Reiki, which is a form of energy work. I provide these wellness services in the home as well in the workplace and at special events.
